FIVE GUYS!!

Back in May, Nic and I went to Texas for a really good friend of mines' wedding. (The first time I left Maemae) The first place we ate after we got off the plane (we were STARVING!!) was a place called five guys. We were looking for something fast and this place kinda looked like In and Out so we decided to try it... Can I just say we WERE IN HEAVEN. Oh my goodness.. the food was AMAZING... Anyways since we've been back we have been dreaming about Five Guys. So I decided to give it a try and to see if they have one in the good ole AZ. To our surprise theres TWO!!! WHOOOOHOOOOOOOO One is in Tempe on Mill Ave and the other is off the 60 and Val Vista. So today we treated ourselves to Five Guys and no joke it was worth the little bit of a drive and not eating all day (Its a burger place and I had ran 2 and a half miles... JUST so I could have five guys haha) Nic and I have never been sooooo excited!
WE FOUND IT :)
Nic was SOOOO excited... waiting for our food :)
MaeMae was excited too
My Burger.. Seriously best burger EVER
The Fries are literally the best fries ever
We each had a burger, Shared a fry, and Nic also had a Hot Dog... We were stuffed but SOOO happy
Having Five Guys again made me think of my Shalli from the Valley my long lost white sister haha.... I miss her so much and I really was so lucky to be in her Wedding. Nic and I want to go back to Texas to visit Mike and Alli.. Hopefully soon :)

Isabella Lynn Murphy 7/20/10

Today is a very very special day. Maelynne was name after a my dear friends baby, Isabella Lynn Murphy. Today is her first bithday. Isabella was born too early and God called her home 4 short days later. Nic and I talked about it and decided that our child will be named after her, so came Maelynne Isabella.

Like I said today is Isabella's first birthday. My heart  breaks for my friend and I wish more than anything I could take some of the pain away but I know I cant. So while we cant take away the pain we can help Celebrate a life that was cut short way to soon. So this is what Mae and I did today......

We ventured to the park (our first visit) and we wrote a note
And attached it to two pink balloons... one for Mae and One for Isabella
We said a prayer and put lots of love in the balloons
and we sang happy birthday then we let them go so the could fly to heaven and deliver the message to Isabella

Even though it is heart breaking to say Happy Birthday to a child that we cant touch or kiss we can still celebrate the life she had even if was for only 4 precious days. We smiled and wished Isabella a Happy Birthday and we wont ever forget her
Happy Birthday Isabella Lynn Murphy! We will see you one day and celebrate together.
